A clear way to understand your purchase, cancel renewal or ask for help. This policy applies to Advinky alongside our Terms of Service.
The standard offer: request within seven days of your initial purchase, with zero paid credits used. Eligible voluntary refunds may carry a deduction of up to 6% where permitted. Statutory rights always take priority.
When you can request a refund
You may request a refund within seven calendar days of your initial paid subscription purchase if none of the paid credits allocated by that purchase have been used. Logging in or browsing does not count as credit use. Using free promotional credits does not, by itself, make an otherwise eligible paid purchase ineligible.
This voluntary policy applies to purchases made on or after the effective date above. Earlier purchases remain subject to the terms accepted at purchase. Mandatory consumer rights and any more favourable terms shown at checkout take priority.
Renewals and upgrades
- Renewals: recurring renewal payments are not eligible under the initial-purchase refund offer. Cancel before renewal to prevent the next charge.
- Upgrades: we may approve a refund of the additional upgrade payment within seven days if none of the new credits or additional paid benefits have been used. This does not refund an already-used base subscription.
- Used purchases: partial use does not qualify for a voluntary unused-purchase refund. Access-only add-ons are not covered once the purchased access is supplied.
These limits do not apply where a refund is required by law, where we billed you incorrectly, or where the service was not supplied as agreed.
Refund amount and payment method
An eligible voluntary refund may have a service-fee deduction of up to 6% of the amount being refunded, only where permitted by law and the terms of the merchant of record. We will explain the amount and any deduction before processing. No deduction applies where you are legally entitled to a full refund, or to a correction of an erroneous or duplicate charge.
Approved refunds are returned through the payment provider to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary; we will confirm when a refund is submitted rather than promise a particular bank-arrival date.
How to cancel your subscription
Open your workspace’s account billing settings and manage your subscription renewal. You can also email hello@advinky.com from the address associated with your account. Include the workspace and subscription or order reference so we can locate the correct purchase.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Unless a refund is processed or access ends for another reason under the Terms, your paid-plan access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation alone does not issue a refund or delete your account. We do not ordinarily refund unused days or months of a current subscription, including an annual term, except under this policy or applicable law.
Unused credits follow the credit rules stated at purchase. Cancelling renewal does not convert credits into cash. If we refund a purchase, its associated credits and benefits are removed; we will explain how this affects your subscription.
Failed generations and service problems
A completed AI generation may differ from your expectations. Creative preference alone does not make a used purchase eligible for a refund. If a generation fails because of a service fault, contact us with its project or run reference so we can check the charge and restore incorrectly consumed credits.
Duplicate charges, unauthorised payments, non-delivery and material service failures are reviewed separately from the voluntary seven-day offer. Where we cannot supply the paid service as agreed, we will provide the remedy required by law, which may include a refund. If we discontinue a paid service or end your access without fault on your part, we will address the unused prepaid portion rather than treating it as a normal cancellation.
Send a refund request
Email hello@advinky.com with your account email, purchase date, amount and currency, order reference, and a short explanation. Do not send passwords or full card details. We use billing and credit-usage records to assess eligibility and will explain the outcome.
The merchant of record shown on your checkout and receipt handles the payment and may have additional buyer terms or refund obligations. You can also use the support details on that receipt. Your right to contact your bank or exercise a statutory remedy is not restricted by this policy.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. Consumers in the EEA and UK may have a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to the rules for digital content and services. Any loss of that right for immediate digital delivery depends on the legally required consent and acknowledgement; it is not assumed merely because you purchased a plan.
Where performance of a service began at your express request, a proportionate charge may apply as permitted by law. Any statutory refund deadline, full-refund entitlement or other mandatory protection overrides the seven-day window, credit-use restriction and service-fee deduction above. Send withdrawal requests to the same support email.
