A little help with your next idea
For account access, a project, a generation or the editor, email us from the address associated with your Advinky account. Include your workspace name, what you were trying to do, and any relevant project link or error message. This helps us find the right context without asking you to start over.
Ask about your projectPayments, refunds and cancellation
For a billing question, include the purchase date and order reference. You can manage subscription renewal from your account billing settings, or contact us for help. Never email full card details or passwords.
Read our Refund & Cancellation Policy for eligibility and how to request a refund. The merchant of record and its support details are also identified on your checkout and receipt.
Get billing helpPrivacy, content and legal enquiries
Use the same email address for privacy requests, content-policy reports or legal notices. Add “Privacy”, “Content report” or “Legal” to the subject so we can identify your request. For a rights complaint, include the content location and explain your connection to the affected material.
