Make original work. Respect the people and brands in it. Be honest with your audience.
These rules explain what you may create with Advinky. They protect creative expression while excluding deceptive, harmful and unauthorised uses.
Create with permission and purpose
Use Advinky to create lawful advertising, product demonstrations and original creative. These rules apply to prompts, reference files, generated output and material you publish through the service. They form part of our Terms of Service and apply to every workspace member.
You must be at least 18. You are responsible for checking the factual claims, rights and suitability of an output before you use it. A successful generation is not an endorsement, a rights clearance or a guarantee that the content can legally be published.
No impersonation, face swaps or deepfakes
Do not use the service to impersonate a person or organisation, create face swaps or deepfakes, clone someone’s voice, fabricate an endorsement, or falsely suggest that a real person said or did something. Do not misrepresent a synthetic presenter as a real customer, employee or independent reviewer.
If an allowed feature uses an identifiable person’s likeness or voice, you must have the necessary documented permissions for the specific use, including AI processing and commercial distribution. Permission does not override the prohibited uses above or a model provider’s restrictions. Entirely fictional synthetic characters must not be designed to impersonate an identifiable individual.
No fake testimonials or misleading claims
Do not generate or publish fabricated customer reviews, invented testimonials, fake performance figures, deceptive before-and-after demonstrations or false social proof. Do not present an actor or AI character as having personally used a product when that is not true.
Advertising claims must be accurate and supported by appropriate evidence. Label fictional concepts and demonstrations clearly. Do not promise guaranteed earnings, cures or other outcomes that you cannot substantiate, or conceal material conditions attached to an offer.
Respect copyright, trademarks and privacy
Only upload assets you created, licensed or are otherwise authorised to use. This includes music, footage, artwork, logos, product photography and reference media. A publicly accessible website or social-media post does not by itself give you permission to reuse its content.
Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, publicity rights or privacy; imply an unauthorised brand partnership; remove third-party rights notices; or use the service to copy protected characters or proprietary material without appropriate rights. Submit websites for brand analysis only where you are authorised to do so. Do not collect personal data or confidential information without a lawful basis.
Keep harmful and illegal content out
Do not create, upload or distribute sexual exploitation, adult sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, any sexualised depiction of minors, hate or targeted harassment, threats, terrorist material, or content that incites violence or self-harm. These restrictions apply equally to realistic, fictional and AI-generated material.
Do not facilitate fraud, scams, identity theft, illegal activity, unauthorised surveillance, spam, fake engagement or evasion of platform rules. Do not use Advinky for prohibited or unlicensed regulated activities. Applicable laws, model-provider restrictions and the payment provider’s acceptable-use rules also apply.
Be clear about AI-generated content
Do not falsely describe AI-generated material as footage of a real event or an authentic personal experience. Clearly identify synthetic presenters and fictional demonstrations when needed to avoid misleading viewers, and follow any AI disclosure requirements of the law and the platform where you publish.
Preserve required watermarks, provenance metadata and AI labels. Do not bypass safety filters or content restrictions. You remain responsible for human review of the final creative, including captions and voiceover.
Report a concern
Contact hello@advinky.com with the content or project link, the rule or right you believe is affected, and enough information to investigate. If you are reporting misuse of your likeness or intellectual property, explain your relationship to the affected person or material. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.
We may refuse a request, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations. We may ask for evidence of rights or consent. You can contact the same address to request a review of a decision. If notified of an infringement or other violation, stop distributing the affected material while the issue is resolved.
